Occupied RV use and unoccupied RV storage are different activities, and the proposed Zoning Bylaw would regulate them separately. One proposal would allow a property owner to store one unoccupied RV on a non-adjacent lakeshore parcel under the same titled ownership, subject to stated conditions. The bylaw also addresses placement and limits for RV parking and storage. The intent is to recognize practical storage needs without creating an additional occupied site or negatively affecting neighbouring properties.
