To provide residents, ratepayers and stakeholders with another convenient opportunity to participate, the RM of Mervin has added an additional open house for the proposed Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw.

Drop in anytime between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. to:
• Review the proposed bylaws and maps
• Learn more about the proposed changes
• Ask questions
• Discuss how the proposals may affect your property or community
• Share your feedback with the RM

The open house is an informal information session. The formal Public Hearing will begin immediately afterward at 7:00 p.m.

Advance written submissions for the Public Hearing must be received no later than October 21, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. They may be:
• Emailed to rm499@rmofmervin.com
• Dropped off at the RM Municipal Office
• Mailed to PO Box 130, Turtleford, SK S0M 2Y0
