The RM of Mervin welcomes residents, ratepayers, hamlet representatives, neighbouring communities, businesses and all interested stakeholders to today’s final public-engagement events for the proposed Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw.

Additional Open House
4:00–7:00 p.m.

Drop in anytime during the open house to:
• Review the proposed bylaws and maps
• Learn more about the proposed changes
• Ask questions
• Discuss how the proposals may affect your property or community
• Share your perspective with the RM
The open house is informal, and no appointment is required.

Public Hearing
Begins at 7:00 p.m.
The Public Hearing is the formal opportunity to make a representation to Council. Residents may speak in support of the proposed bylaws, express concerns or request that Council consider specific changes.

If you wish to speak, attend the hearing and advise the Chair when speakers are invited. Speakers will be heard in turn, and Council may ask questions to clarify the information presented.
