Whereas Gordon Spencer, nominated for the office of Councillor for Division No. 2,
and Ken Hergott, nominated for the office of Councillor for Division No. 4, are the only candidates for their office,
I hereby give notice that no voting for those offices will take place on November 9, 2026.
